High Season: Min stay over Christmas Holidays is 7 nights in Villa's and 5 nights in Studio's.
High Season Rates include: Easter, Melbourne Cup, Queens Birthday, Anzac Weekend, Australia Day & Public Holidays.

Porta Cots & High Chairs are available on request free of charge, but must be requested at time of booking.

Surcharges:

All Low and Medium Season rates midweek are based on a min stay of 3 nights, add $15 p.n. if stay is less.

Villa 5 Pet Friendly Villa has a surcharge of $10 p.n. for pets.

 Extra guests( above maximum occupancy per villa ) incurr a fee of :

  • Overnight $10.00 p.p.- per night.
  • Weekend ( 2 nights)$20.00 p.p. per stay
  • Weekly ( 7 nights) $50.00 p.p. per stay

A minimum surcharge fee of $25.00 will apply to excessive cleaning.

Deposits to be made by credit card or direct deposit
Final payment to be made by credit card on arrival( ID may be required).
  

Cancellation Policy:

NOTE*****No refunds shall be given for any High Season bookings throughout the year.

For all other bookings the deposit will be held in our system for you to use within 12 months of the original booking date.
The Resort  is situated in a residential area so the noise level curfew is strictly 10pm  all nights.
