Cancellation Policy for Summer re Covid-19 Rules and Regulations from the 24th Dec to 31st Jan and Medium and Low Season Policies for 2020- 2021

Bookings, Deposits and Refunds

High Season from 24th Dec 2020 to 31st Jan 2021

No refunds will be given for any High Season bookings but due to the current Covid-19 Rules and regulations we will offer all guests that book in that time frame a 12 month credit if one of the following occur:

1: You are not permitted to travel or leave your area on the dates booked

2: Our Resort has been instructed, as a business to close on your booked dates.

The above 2 conditions are the only conditions a credit will be given but if you choose to make a booking and then you decide to change your date or cancel, no credit will be given.

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking and final payment made by credit card 14 days prior to arrival. ID may be required for security purposes. We hope to be able to have more clarity on booking availability  in the coming weeks.

Public Holidays and High Season 2021- Please note we are waiting on information re Covid 19 Rules and regulations to be clarified before we stipulate our Policy for Public holidays and High Season in 2021 ( apart from the above mentioned).

Medium & Low Season

First nights tariff is required as a deposit. The remaining balance paid on or before arrival.

For a refund: 14 days written notice must be given for a full refund  Alternatively, your deposit can be placed in our system to be used within 12 months of original booking date with no costs incurred.  All cancellations will incur a $10 admin fee per booking

Deposits can be made by credit card, cheque, direct deposit or cash. If by cash, direct deposit or cheque a credit card will be required for security purposes on arrival.

Deposits

Deposits can be made by the following methods: credit card- cheque- direct deposit or cash. If made by direct deposit, cash or cheque then a security card will be required at time of arrival for I.D purposes.

Pandemics – (does not apply over this Summer re 24th Dec 2020 to 31st Jan 2021, the above written Policy takes precedence).

Any deposits held in our system before a pandemic is announced, such as Covid-19 will be asked if the booking date can be moved to another date. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given. If a booking is made during a Pandemic then no refund is given but the deposit can be use for future dates valid for 12 months unless government restrictions for travel are not permitted or allowed.

Cleaning Surcharges

A minimum surcharge fee of $25.00 will apply to any excessive cleaning. All breakages and any damage to be paid for on departure.

Miscellaneous

No alterations to be made to your booking without prior consent of Management (ie: no extra guests without approval by management). Any Guests` visitors must check-in at reception (this is totally at managements discretion depending on amount of paying guests already at Resort) visitors are not permitted to arrive before 10am and must depart before 10pm.

Porta Cots and High Chairs are available for a fee of $10 per stay but as we have a limited supply the request must be made at time of booking

Villa 5 is a 2 bdrm Pet Friendly Villa (at managements discretion) Extra charge of $10 p.n. per pet.

Parking is at own risk

As we are situated in a residential area the noise level curfew is strictly 10pm everynight.
